Our goals when producing a litter are always to improve the next generation, and to enhance our own breeding program. Our primary goal is to breed companion pups with outstanding temperaments,and health. Our litters are carefully planned to preserve this wonderful breed. We give full guarantees on eyes, hips,  for 26 months. All dogs and puppies are sold on a spay/neuter contract  . all buyers must complete a questionnaire. We always maintain first right of refusal on all our dogs.we will do home visits for the first several months, especially on older dogs being placed.If at any time Blue Eyed Beauty Aussies determines that the dog/puppy is being abused,neglected or kept in a manor not in the dogs best interest, or is simply not fitting in with your family. Blue Eyed Beauty Aussies reserves the right to repossess the dog/puppy for the sum of one dollar($1.00).

The puppies are raised in our home as well as outside; they are socialized in many areas including lots of children young and old, other dogs and strangers .By the time the puppies leave for their new homes between 8-10 weeks pending evaluation for readiness  they will have, eyes cerf'd,  there 8 wk vaccination ,worming @2,4,6,8,wks, heart worm and flea preventive.   and a finale vet check at 8 weeks with a state certified health certificate. They will have traveled in a car and will be 100% crate, leash and POTTY trained.  If you buy your puppy after he/she is 8 weeks old and is due for his 12 week vaccinations before he goes home,the buyer will be charged for his 12 week vaccinations and worming,flea preventive and heart worm.

Every effort is made to match the puppies with their new families. We do this based upon suitability, first and foremost.  If the personality of the puppy doesn’t fit the family, then no one will be happy. Placing puppies with their new families is the hardest part of the entire process.

Once you decide that you want one of our puppies, and we feel that you would be a good match, we will send you a reservation request to fill out and mail back with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy, at that time you will be put on the waiting list.There is a $500.00 non-refundable deposit on all pups and dogs purchased from my kennel, deposits are for unborn puppy's. Full payment is required after you have chosen a puppy or adult dog.

In completing your reservation request, please make sure you do not limit yourself based upon color or gender; this will greatly reduce the chances that the perfect puppy will be available for you. Puppies can not be made to order, but we do try our best to accommodate all your preferences.

Also be aware that there are always TWO LISTS. Our reason for breeding any litter is always for something to build on the next generation, and as a result, we are first on the list. After ourselves, we will then go to the second list and start to match your needs with that of the puppies

Picking your puppy, Male verses female. The odds are that nearly every litter will be weighted towards males. An average of two males for every female is quite common, and every one will want girls, specifically Blue Merle girls, because they feel that they would make better pets. THIS IS A MYTH. When altered at a young age, before hitting puberty, there is little if any difference between the genders. (Most males will not even lift there leg to pee much less mark.)

Companion puppies range from $500-$1200 they are sold with a limited registration in both AKC , ASCA and NKC. This requires that the puppy be spayed or neutered by four months of age, and not used for breeding. I will remain co-owner of the puppy until spay or neuter papers are received, at that time I will sign off on our co-ownership papers.

Because we can’t possibly keep all the puppies we would like and still do them justice, we will sometimes sell our pick girls at a discount price with some reproductive rights to lease a bitch for breeding, co-breeding, or a puppy back, after which we will sign off on our co-ownership. In this way we maintain the genetics that the litter was bred for, and the pup is allowed an outstanding individual home.

Puppy buyers are invited and encouraged to visit  us and meet the parents and their relatives. By appointment only.

Balance is to be paid in full when your puppy or dog is chosen. No personal checks accepted after the puppy is 4 weeks old. Puppy/dog being shipped must be paid in full with all shipping fees,vet fees and any additional fees before shipping. Adult dogs purchased with a check will be released after check has cleared my bank. There is a $500.00 non-refundable deposit for all dogs and puppies purchased from Blue Eyed Beauty Aussies.  I require several home visits on all adult dogs and puppies sold from my kennel,to insure the dog/puppy is the right match for your family. If at any time Blue Eyed Aussies determines that the dog is being abused, neglected or is kept in a manor that is not in the best interest of the dog or is simply not working out with your family, Blue Eyed Beauty Aussies reserves the right to repossess the dog for the amount of one dollar($1.00). I will accept any dog or puppy back into my care for any reason. No refunds or replacements will be given.

This animal is being sold on the following terms and conditions.

___As a pet quality animal with limited AKC, ASCA registration

___As a show quality animal with no disqualifying fault and limited AKC, ASCA registration.
____With NSD, NKC, NSDR, registrations
____With no registration papers.

Buyer agrees to keep said dog/puppy in good health to have shots and worming on scheduled times. Unless the puppy/dog is being sold with full breeding rights,buyer agrees to not breed this animal, and to spay or neuter animal by 6 months of age.All registration papers will be sent out when spay or neuter papers are received from a licensed vet. I offer vaccinations for your new puppy or adult dog, I also offer worming, nail clipping,boarding and grooming.

Guarantees:

The dog/puppy is guaranteed against any communicable diseases for 24 hours after leaving Blue Eyed Beauty Aussies.Puppy/dog is to be taken to a vet within 24 hours  after being picked up from my kennel ,If said puppy/dog is not taken to the vet within 24 hours this contract becomes null and void. If puppy/dog is found ill within 24 hours of leaving my kennel puppy/dog is to be brought back to me immediately for care/treatment with my personal vet. Blue Eyed Beauty Aussies isnot responsible for any medical treatment from any other vet. All veterinarian expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Puppy/dog being shipped are also required to be taken to a vet within 24 hours of the plane arriving in it's finale destination. All puppy/dogs will be sent home with a state certified health certificate. If puppy/dog should DIE due to one of these communicable diseases, Distemper, Parvo,Leptospirosis or Parvo Influenza within 24 hours of leaving my kennel,proof of such death must be documented by, and received from a licensed veterinarian. The puppy/dog shall be replaced by one of the same size and of equal value, as soon as one comes available. Buyer understands that guarantees are for replacement only, at no time will Blue Eyed Beauty Aussies issue a monetary refund.

The dog/puppy is guaranteed against: hereditary hip dysplasia, congenital or hereditary eye defects for up to 2 years of age. If the dog/puppy displays any of the above defects, the dog/puppy must be spayed/neutered at the buyer’s expense and have documented proof by a licensed veterinarian and orthopedic surgeon must be received prior to a replacement dog/puppy of the same sex and equal value. Buyer agrees to send pup back to seller at buyer’s expense,with a current health certificate from a licensed vet, a fecal sample must be done to assure there are no parasites/coccidia present. If puppy/dog is used for breeding this contract becomes null and void puppy/dog is to be returned to seller immediately.

GUARANTEES do not cover conditions due to accident, negligence or abuse, lack of good/proper immunization/health program, allowing the dog/puppy to ingest antifreeze or other toxins or foreign objects that may damage the internal organs and or cause death, or any natural cause of death, act of nature, or carelessness of the buyer. Guarantees are non-transferable and become null and void at sale to other than identified buyer. The death, loss destruction, or injury to this dog/puppy from any cause whatsoever,prior to final payment, does not relieve buyer from obligation of further and complete payments due seller.Buyer also agrees that any puppy/or adult dog being purchased from Blue Eyed Beauty Aussies that come back with any  negative genetic test on eyes,hips or dies from unknown causes or is in any way not sell-able as a sound healthy animal, buyer agrees to choose another puppy or adult dog  to there liking, when available.

Roll-Over/Return/Replacement of this dog/puppy:

If Buyer feels there is no puppy of requested quality level, sex, or color available out of the chosen litter, buyer may roll deposit to another litter of buyer’s choice. Buyer may roll deposit one time and then the deposit is forfeited and this contract is void.If for any reason puppy/adult dog can not be sold as agreed buyer agrees to choose another puppy/adult dog to his liking when available.
